block filesrc

Hello All,

I am writing a sink plugin, which will consume buffers sent by filesrc.
Is there a way to tell filesrc to stop and start sending the buffers,
because in my plugin i want to block getting buffers untill my receiver
tells to start again.

Please help with the concern.
