gstreamer plug-in required

Don't know if I'm posting in the right place. Perhaps this could be
forwarded to a better audience?

I recently downloaded a program to listen to radio and audiostreams via my
internet connection, but the program says I need a Gstream plug-in. And
nothing else. And there is next to no information available from the
program website.
