Play FMS 480p with rtmpsrc. Internal data flow error.

Actually I don't need it to be scaled. I want to convert that video and
publish to fms again.
I think that problem is in rtmpsrc. I tried to store stream to file as well.
After that file with larger dimension wasn't playable via ubuntu player.
BTW I tried ffmpeg and wasn't able to receive 720p with it.
