Error building cerbero 1.2 gstreamer 1.0

[yoyosuper8]

Ok, so I decided to dump my vm and start fresh. Now I'm not getting the glib
failure anymore, but now I'm having problems with help2man.
Here is what I've done:

$ git clone git://anongit.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/sdk/cerbero
$ cerbero bootstrap
$ cerbero -c config/cross-android.cbc bootstrap
$ sudo apt-get install help2man
$ cerbero -c config/cross-android.cbc package gstreamer-1.0


Here is the last portion of the log when it failed:

Any ideas? I don't care or need help2man at all for android. If there is a
way to bypass please let me know.
