Error building cerbero 1.2 gstreamer 1.0

You build the master branch, not 1.2. And there this was broken just
yesterday :) Fixing it currently.

Do "cerbero buildone gst-plugins-bad-1.0 gst-plugins-bad-1.0-static" in
a few minutes, then it should work
