rtsp server from android to pc

It definitely works! But it will only accept one client at a time. I tried
having two computers connect to my android phone and one computer started
getting the streaming video, but once the other made the attempt to connect,
both connections were lost.
I was under the impression that rtsp server would handle multiple
connections at a time. Am I incorrect to assume that?
