Gstreamer on Android, hardware codecs

GStreamer on android could use hardware decode.
I check it on LogCat to see if something like "amcvideodec-omxqcomvideodecoder" shown in log.
This may differ from devices with different hardware.
In my case is using Qualcomm chip for hardware decoding.
