rtsp server from android to pc

Do you think that installing the gst-omx to use omxh264enc plugin (OpenMAX
H.264 Video Encoder) to perform h264 hardware encoding is appropriate? If
yes, how can I install omx since there isn't a recipe for it. Btw, I'm still
using gstreamer-0.10 because I still can't get gstreamer-1.0 compiling
properly for android :(
