How to add Colour resolution into a gst pipeline.

Hi friends,

I have been trying to add the colour resolution into the gst pipeline, but
was not successful. Can any one please help me.
I will be selection through a GUI either 4:2:0 or 4:2:2. Depending on my
selection I want the gst pipeline to capture video accordingly.
