[Gstreamer-SDK] :: WIN32 => cerbero bootstrap fails by MinGw due to rpl_xxx undefined references

A chance that we are on the "same page" Egis: I have troubles similar to
your. The following step-by-step investigation around
~/cerbero/sources/local/orc-tool ... :

- ./configure    ## locally / "manually"
- make           ## locally / "manually"

drove me to the conclusion that <config.h> and <config.h.in> are exactly
identical, apart from very 1st (comment) line. 

So the situation looks very close to previous one BTW (by building <gettext>
while <config.h> and <config.h.in> were the same). However, this time,
CERBERO has been retrieved from a more "fresh" location, meaning from
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/sdk/cerbero/

So what's wrong this time ? Unless investigation above turns out to be
mistaken. Then fell free to give advice.
