[CERBERO] :: MacOSX => boostrap fails because of XML::Parser

Oups, here is what happeneda while after  >   cerbero/cerbero-uninstalled
bootstrap 
...
##  NOT reproducing error around XML::Parser. 
##  bootstrap command making a progress...
