MPEG DASH support in GStreamer [Windows]

Hi guys, thanks for the input.

My problems derive from the fact that GStreamer SDK runs the version 0.10,
which as Sebastian has said, is out of date and additionally no longer
maintained.

I switched to a more recent version (1.2.0) and I can play MPD streams
without problems :)

Now I will port my app to run over the newer GStreamer version.
