MinGW, cerbero, gtk-doc-lite recipe

Hello

I had a bit of trouble with the gtk-doc-lite recipe today.
When the recipe tries to extract the gtk-doc-1.19.tar.xz tarball it spits
out:

tar: Archive value 141164 is out of uid_t range 0..65535


I worked around it by re-archiving the archive with the systems tar, but is
anyone seeing the same error.  I am wondering if I need to upgrade tar away
from the default in MinGW.
