Gstreamer binaries on windows

Hello

They should be there.  Have you tried downloading the 1.0 release and
trying the dshow binary from there.  It will likely be more compatible than
.10.  I've been using 1.2 and 1.0 and the dshow dlls are there,  though I
think they are part of the bad or ugly plugins.
