Gstreamer binaries on windows

Hi Fran

That link only downloads the development files(headers prop sheets, 
etc..), you need to grab the main file

http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/data/pkg/windows/1.0.10/gstreamer-1.0-x86-1.0.10.msi

I just tried an install of the package, and libgstd3dvideosink.dll is in 
x86/lib/gstreamer-1.0
