Decodebin is not picking up higher ranked audio element

So for some reason the factories list in decodebin for the AAC caps is
aacparse, faad, something_else (probably avdec_aac). What's the rank of
your decoder and what's the classification of it? It should be something
like Codec/Decoder/Audio.
