24bit audio RTP payloads

Hi,

I am working with some 24bit audio delivered over RTP.

I don't think gstreamer currently supports this, but it would be great 
if it did, so I started implementing RTP (de)payloader plugins by 
copying and making the obvious L16->L24 substations in 
rtpL16pay/rtpL16depay.

Am I on the right path?  (Only the depayloder is tested so far.)
