appsrc example not works with 1.0.10 on Linux ?

Hello,
    the attachment is zipped full log file (origin file is too big) ,plus,
I'm testing through ssh terminal (xshell),host is ubuntu 12.04.3 32bit ,

libglib2.0-0 2.32.3-0ubuntu1 (from ubuntu)
gstreamer 1.0.10 (compiled by myself)

I can successful run 
gst-launch-1.0 videotestsrc ! autovideoconvert ! ximagesink
