Android Port: How to access camera using Gstreamer

Hmm,So need to process frame by frame. Capture frame and send it to
gstreamer. Can't we access the video device like /dev/video0 in Android? I
think, we need Video4Linux driver for that. 

Can you tell me how to process frame in Gstreamer to create pipeline? Can
you send me the link of same?
