Audio and Video captruing in C

I really Appreciate for you help.
Can you please tell more briefly about the syncrhoniser.

I was able to capture the video into an AVI.file but was not able to capture
the audio into it. 
While capturing the video I can speak and hear the audio but can't able save
that audio in file with video.
