rtmp plugin installation on windows

Hi, I am new to GStreamer , i am trying to play rtmp video stream but
required rtmp plugin is not available in plugin list. i have downloaded
gst-plugins-bad-1.0.10 which come up with rtmp as per documentation on
website.
has anyone set/installed GStreamer  plugin on windows
