Those warnings are almost always harmless and just for debugging so we
can fix them. Please file a bug for them with your sample pipeline.

(The warnings will only appear in the 1.1.x development version series,
not in the stable 1.2.x series. It's almost always a minor issue in some
plugin, not something you are doing wrong).
