gstreamer-1.0.dll not found

Hello, 
In my app I get the following error when launching

**<python.exe:3356>: WARNING **Failed to load shared library 'gstreamer-1.0.dll' referenced
by the typelib: 'gstreamer-1.0.ddll': The specified module could not be found.


any suggestions would appreciated....
