These are what I use from rpmfusion:

[alice at localhost ~]$ ls /etc/yum.repos.d/ |grep rpmfusion
rpmfusion-free-rawhide.repo
rpmfusion-free.repo
rpmfusion-free-updates.repo
rpmfusion-free-updates-testing.repo
rpmfusion-nonfree-rawhide.repo
rpmfusion-nonfree.repo
rpmfusion-nonfree-updates.repo
rpmfusion-nonfree-updates-testing.repo

I also use the fluendo codec package, which has GStreamer1 plugins.

Note that in rpmfusion (and Fedora) all GStreamer 1.x stuff has
gstreamer1 in the package name instead of gstreamer in the package name.
