GStreamer 1.x setup on Fedora 20

I just checked that the so file for libgstlibva has been correctly places in
the /usr/lib64/gstreamer-1.0.
Even the gst-inspect utility is able to correctly load the so file to
display the plugins inside.

But when run at global level the inspect fails to return those plugins.

Any suggestions regarding this strange behavior on my setup.
Am I missing something trivial that updates this information ?
