Is GStreamer able to keep subtitles while working on TS files ?

Hi,

I've seen that there is ongoing work on TS format [1] which is great
since this format is not working well within Pitivi until now.

Also, I was wandering if GStreamer is/will be able to keep subtitles
while working on TS files ? Indeed TS format allows embedded subtitles
(that's incidentally how french digital TV (TNT) works).
