RELEASE: GStreamer Editing Services and GNonLin 1.2.1

The GStreamer community is pleased to announce a new stable release of the
Gstreamer Editing Services and gnonlin in the 1.x serie.
The 1.2.x bugfix releases only contain important bugfixes compared to 1.2.0

Bug fixed in this release:

gst-editing-services:

  * Install ges-version.h
  * Add reference to GstVideo in gir file
