error building for windows using cerbero

Hi, I am trying to build gstreamer-1.0 on windows 8 64bit using cerbero and
I am getting this error in the bootstrap process ( [(2/14) gettext ->
configure ]) :

msgmerge.exe - Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point rpl_memchr could not be located in the dynamic
link library c:\mingw\bin\msgmerge.exe.

Anyone managed to build for windows lately ?
