Shockwave-flash decoder missing

Sorry for bowling a googly (certainly answered a zillion times), but Google
is helpless...

Can GStreamer play .swf files? I installed everything I could.

$ gst-launch-1.0 filesrc location=$1 ! decodebin ! videoconvert !
