C# Bindings for .NET on Windows

Are there any precompiled C# Bindings for .NET on Windows for GStreamer 1.4?
I downloaded the gstreamer-sharp source code and I'm trying to build it
using Visual Studio, but I'm constantly getting dozens of build errors.  Is
there any documentation available on how to build C# Bindings on Windows?
