Error in gst-inspect-1.0

Hi,

I am able to install my plugin in gstreamer library
but on doing gst-launch i am getting the below error:

gst-inspect-1.0 avfilesrc

(gst-plugin-scanner:17311): GStreamer-WARNING **: Element factory
metadata for 'avfilesrc' has no valid long-name field
No such element or plugin 'avfilesrc'

I am also debugging it but help from someone on likely cause and resolution will
certainly help me save lot of time.
