Error in playign gstreamer pipeline

Hi Mayank,Can you please check the gstreamer's installation versionif the major.minor installation version is 0.10 use gst-launch-0.10if it is 1.0 use gst-launch-1.0,
the pipeline is alright, it must be the problem with launcher
