Plugin aspectratiocrop in Android

Hi.
I want to modify the aspect ratio of the windows where the video is
displayed. I saw that you can do with the plugin aspectratiocrop but i put
the pipe:
souphttpsrc location=http://192.168.0.101:8080/video ! jpegdec !
aspectratiocrop aspect-ratio=16/9 ! autovideosink
pipe gives me an error saying that the plugin (aspectratiocrop) does not
exist.
Is there another way to do it or I have to add something to Android.mk?
