GStreamer Failed on Windows 7

Hi, @Dröge, I come back to bother you again.
Well, the issue is I've resolved the issue now :)
There's a libbz2.dll in system32, this dll does not contain any method named
BZ2_bzDecompress at 4. Also my self-compiled libbz2.dll does not.
But there's a libbz2.dll in bin-folder of GStreamer, this dll is the one
GStreamer need.
So, finally, I replaced the libbz2.dll in system32 with the on in GStreamer
folder, and the issue dismissed.
