GStreamer Pango not loading on OSX

Ok, I have built pango with the flags --with-include-modules. And put the
fonts in with the libs in the bundle (i'm not sure that was where they were
meant to go). 

Now it won't even make the textoverlay gstreamer plugin. It still works on
the dev machine.
