playback of h264 incorrect

Dear all,

I am trying to decode an h.264 video file that I produced from a raspivid
command on a raspberry pi device with a rapi camera. The file was copied
from the rpi to my computer and when i tried to decode it with gstreamer on
the cmd (on windows 8.1 and latest version of gstreamer), i got a funny
output video - http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=w19u1f&s=8#.UvL80bQnvho -. i
am using the command "gst-launch-1.0 -v filesrc location=C:/video2.h264 !
h264parse ! avdec_h264 ! fpsdisplaysink sync=false text-overlay=false" to
decode the video. when i played the same file with vlc media player, it
played fine. Can someone explain what am i doing wrong please
