Videotestsrc with Playbin?

True, inserting a "color bars" video clip will work.  However that will also
over-complicate my already very over-complicated state machine.  I would
also like to take advantage of the filters on videotestsrc, so instead of a
test pattern it could be all black.  Is their no way of combining
videotestsrc with playbin?
