gst-typefind is not able to determine H264 (stream-format=avc) elementary stream format

Hi,
          I am trying to decode H264 (avc) elementary stream using
decodebin. gst-typefind-1.0 is not able to determine the stream format of
H264 ES(stream-format=avc).  Where as byte-stream elementary stream has no
issues. Input can be downloaded from http://goo.gl/kOtfP6 and following is a
pipeline.
	
	gst-launch filesrc location=Avc_stream.264 ! decodebin ! fakesink
	
	Setting pipeline to PAUSED ...
	Pipeline is PREROLLING ...
	ERROR: from element
/GstPipeline:pipeline0/GstDecodeBin:decodebin0/GstTypeFindElement:typefind:
Could not determine type of stream.
	Additional debug info:
