Gstreamer + RTMP using cerbero on Max OS for armv7s

Hi,

I have added a new recipe for librtmp and fixed the build of the
dependencies (libgpg-error and libgcrypt) for all the platforms. I will
push tomorrow once I double check everything is ok:
