How to enable RTP over TCP in gst-rtsp-serever

Hello everyone,

I am using gstreamer-1.2.1 and master version of gst-rtsp-server.

is it possible to have RTP packets transmission configurable ??? (TCP or
UDP)
i think the Default is UDP, i am not sure.

can anybody help me in this.
