Are you building on/for OSX 10.5? osxvideosink support for OSX Leopard
and below was dropped from GIT master recently. It's still in 1.2
though.

For anything useful you should ideally use glimagesink from
gst-plugins-gl, we're going to drop osxvideosink completely sooner or
later.
