Properly segment a video file

OK, I'm using the 1.2 branch

./test_pedro file://home/user/path/to/file.mkv test

My video sample :
http://www.auby.no/files/video_tests/h264_1080p_hp_4.1_10mbps_dts_unstyled_subs_monsters.mkv

Your program block after removing the probe. It seems that the data flow
doesn't restart. I saw this very rarely with my program too, but I didn't
pay attention to it yet.
