Issue building gstreamer-1.0 using Cerbero on Windows 7

I have tried the new repo:

http://cgit.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/cerbero?h=1.2

But it causes issues. it bootstraps fine.

Then when packaging it fails due to tar giving the following error:

tar: Archive value 141164 is out of uid_t range 0..65535

on gtk-doc-1.19.tar.xz

I have looked this up, it seems that tar cannot handle 64bit numbers on
mingw.

I have tried also

cerbero build tar 

which also fails due to a compile error.
