audio playback with gstreamer 1.0 is messed up under windows

It's a problem I have came across in the past, but thought it would be
fixed as of today (was a bug in signed/unsigned conversion).  Though
before you visit bugs.gnome.org, would it be possible to rested against
latest stable release of GStreamer, 1.2.2 ? You can find binaries at:
