nv_omx_h264enc does not connect with rtph264pay

that works, thank you.
I was necessary to set the caps. The statement runs good:
gst-launch -v videotestsrc ! ffmpegcolorspace ! nv_omx_h264enc !
video/x-h264,stream-format=byte-stream ! rtph264pay ! fakesink
