gst-rtsp-server from git master: build error

The pkg-config file for gst-rtsp-server has been renamed to
gstreamer-rtsp-server-1.0.pc. This is a problem in the configure.ac
file in gst-streaming-server, it should look for gstreamer-rtsp-server
instead of gst-rtsp-server.
