Issue building gstreamer-1.0 using Cerbero on Windows 7

Some more errors when trying to build gst-plugins-good-1.0 

[(35/39) flac -> already built ]
[(36/39) taglib -> already built ]
[(37/39) libvpx -> fetch ]

[(37/39) libvpx -> extract ]
-----> Step done
[(37/39) libvpx -> configure ]
-----> Step done
[(37/39) libvpx -> compile ]
    [AS] vpx_ports/emms.asm.o
vpx_config.asm:54: error: redefinition of `CONFIG_VP8'
vpx_config.asm:53: error: `CONFIG_VP8' previously defined here

This is such a nightmare. 
Does anyone have a compiled package of gstreamer-1.0 on Windows that
includes rtmp?
