UDP stream using good plugins

Hello,

Could you give me 'gst-launch commands' for the client and server where
sever plays an mp4 file encoded H264 or MPEG and client receives this file
using UDP and plays it. 
I need that both pipeline are constructed using only the gst-good-plugins.
