Getting access to elements (udpsink) and pipeline state created by rtsp server

I just tried a bit the rtsp server and I am looking how to have access to elements (mainly udpsink) created by rtsp server, and to pipeline (shared pipeline) in order to have access to some signals and to change the pipeline state ?
