Failed to build gstreamer sdk tutorials under windows 7

Or you could just remove the msvcrt property sheet from the project property
manager. 

It will then build and run without issue! 

However you still will need the Windows DDK to 'Remove the dependency with
the Visual Studio runtime' or you can just package with it as a redist or
use an installer to make sure the runtime is present. 

Either is an alternative to downloading the DDK if you're happy to have the
runtime as a dependency.
